I have checked all the settings and they are as before the upgrade. Checked with the vendor and they were no help, telling us that the Express version of Outlook 2010 and Windows Mail were not MAPI compliant and wouldn't work. The support tech is confused by Outlook and while we try to explain it to them in words they can understand, does anyone know if something has changed in Outlook 2010 that might cause this? I'm not aware of anything but am checking further.
