Well, we have the x64 drivers installed and available We didn't import any policies
That only leaves bad drivers (even though the printers all work fine), but the problem is, we can't remove the policies now they are there. I read a thread that said we will need to create a new farm database to get rid of the bad policies, but that seems like drastic overkill to me. The solution posted by the guy on The Ether doesn't do anything to help. I'm leaving this gig in two weeks' time, but I'd rather get around these issues before I left. I'm seriously considering redeploying AppSense to map the printers, and letting the Citrix policies rot until their masters fix them.
