  We're not psychic.  We can't see your computer.  We can't know what
went wrong unless you tell us.

  In particular, with every single problem report you post anywhere
ever, you need to include:

* Details of your environment - You mention Vista Biz, but not Service
Pack level.  What beta build of Office is installed?  Any other
versions of Office installed?  Anything else relevant about this
computer?  For example, is it having other problems at the same time?

* Expected behavior - What you want to happen.  You did include that.
"Uninstall office".

* Actual behavior - What happened instead.  So far all we know is that
something went wrong.

* Detailed steps to reproduce.  What you typed/clicked on, and what
the computer did in response, at each step of the way.

* And most of all, the *EXACT*, *VERBATIM* error message(s).
Copy-and-paste, take a screen shot, or type it out by hand if you have
to.
