  Legality would depend on jurisdiction, terms of service of various
operators, the judge and/or jury you get, and possibly your horoscope.

  It's certainly not ethical.  The automated review spamming, I mean
-- not the use of a proxy to do it.  Spam is spam.  Don't help
spammers.
