Subject: Server list application

So I started a new job and as natural there are tens of dev servers,
qa servers, production servers that are floating around. As always
nobody has a complete list anywhere.

Is there an application that will keep all the names for me with
capability to have notes?
I don't need anything that scans the network I just want to manage my
list manually.

Thanks
