ask the question about any other piece of software. is there a business reason to have it on our network?

Our users have iphones for their work phones, and they don't have iTunes installed, i do though. i'll tell you the story some time about an old boss who put his personal mp3s on a network share that all were infected with the "i love you" virus many years ago.... <shudder> just saying...
