Not an excuse but I was working with 2 females one had a card to the iTunes
store and I believe you MUST us the iTunes software for that to work.
Neither female was willing to wait more than 30 seconds and with a wife and
teenager both yelling to get it done now.  Well I got it done now.  I will
look at SharePod when I go to replace the OS on the laptop at Thanksgiving.
Some days it just does not pay to come home from the office!
