I hit that limit a lot if when consolidating multiple PSTs :( There is
a tool I used to combine them... can't remember the same - but it also
had the ability to fix them as well.

Ping me if you want me to dig it up...

20 Gig PST? Ouch.

I know the limit increased from 2 Gigs to 20 Gigs when MS allowed
conversion from ANSI to Unicode in 2003 & up, but I've not run into
anyone hitting that limit yet...

You could try this. I haven't used it myself, but it may do the trick
for you.

Subject: Compact PST files

I have a customer with a Terminal server and the users on this are not
able to compact their PST's as the functionality is not included in the
Outlook on the TS machine. One user 20GB pst and can no longer use it
and I have had to create a second PST unitl I can find a way to compact
the PST's on the server.

Wondering if anyone is using a 3rd party tool to compact PST files and
would recommend it.
