The fact that overall costs are lowered doesn't mean that the high-end customer isn't picking up a bigger piece of the cost. Now, maybe it's a net win, i.e., cost savings are so big that the price to the high-end customer is lower than it would be without this technique. > And since the primary competitor has still not embraced that model ...
