As long as Walmart doesn't say that the CPU is Quad-Core, but neglect to tell 
you that you have to pay extra.

If Walmart says that the CPU is dual core, 2GHz and supports VT, and it costs 
$x, then why should anyone care that the CPU can do extra for additional 
payment.
