Thanks, I tried that first.  The portal showed that the account was fine,
but I re-entered the password anyway.  Checking dataoutages.com (the list
AND the website) doesn't show anything but an ATT issue in Texas.

Time passes...

I was just about to hit send on the above when the user came into my office
with an update.  Apparently re-entering the password did the trick as he's
receiving mail again.
