There was one outside Houston that fell in 1982. Workers were on it when it fell. It was almost 2000 feet tall.

So all the schools had towers on the roofs. I think the highest off the ground we ever got was about 100 feet, and that was on a tower that was on top of the multi-purpose room. The tower itself was only maybe 40-50 feet, and when the wind blew, it swayed... quite a bit.
