No, sorry for the confusion.  We would have to repurchase the licenses, if we 
stay on our current licensing model.  We used to be able to call our rep, and 
tell him that we're dropping a Novell box, and bringing up a new Windows box, 
and he could convert a license for us.  They can't do that anymore.

One other thing I forgot to mention.  Not sure how it would affect anyone else, 
but it's big here.  We currently run Novell for our authentication, file 
shares, printers, etc.  We are in the planning phase of migrating to a complete 
Windows shop.  This would require us to change our Novell licenses to Windows.

We were told, by our sales guy, that from now on, there is NO conversion of 
licenses, in any way.  Which means we would have to re-buy licenses that we 
"convert" from Novell to Windows.
