UBCD ... I shoulda thought of that .. What we ended up using <http://www.filewatcher.com/m/ntfsfloppysetup.exe.856600.0.0.html> NTFSFloppySetup It will write an NTFS "boot floppy" image to a USB drive. We then copied the firmware flash to it, and ran with it.
