Hi Bill,

I've had Integra at my work for 3 years now and they are great! In the
3 years we've had them there was 1 outage and it was AT&T that was at
fault. They were all over them until the issue was fixed.  We also had
a minor issue with a DID number which they solved in less than an hour
of my call.
