I'm using offsite backup now (Backblaze). Onsite (tape/DVD/BD) backup solutions
that can handle the amount of data I have (and will have) cost more than I can
afford.

I could wait and restore from backups, but after thinking about it, restoring a
couple TB of stuff over my home internet connection would take quite some time,
not to mention piss off Comcast.

I'm less interested in continuous uptime as I am in being able to eliminate a
single point of failure. Hard disks will eventually fail, and when that
happens, I'd like to be able to recover relatively easily.
