See I think you nailed it with your "down the road" statement. By the time "down the road" finally gets here it will be to late for them, if it isn't already. Don't get me wrong, until my Incredible I was die hard Windows Mobile user from the beginning. But it's obvious for a long time now that Apple and now Google are doing things to get market penetration that Microsoft can't seem to figure out. I think it's mostly to do with ease of access to apps and making the phone easy to use for the non-technically oriented person. Yet still giving us geeks the ability to hack the phones to pieces.
