$.02 We are a CT customer of PAETEC as well. Couldn't be happier. As for Verizon - ditched them for Sprint, never looked back (even if coverage isn't as good)

It took well over a year to get all 12 of our sites transitioned to a new provider (PaeTec, which in contrast is much better).
