I have the closest thing to a remedy for the issue that David raised, and possibly the above: GFE Which doesn't mean GirlFriend Experience, but instead Good For Enterprise. http://good.com There are other vendors that play in this space, but I don't have their names, and am not familiar with them, so can't comment on them. However, I can comment on GFE - I highly recommend it, as a satisfied user and administrator. Seriously good stuff.
