Odd situation.

I have a user who when logging into a TS, does not get a desktop. He gets a
blank screen with a mouse cursor... that's it. He can not do anything.
Others login just fine. He is apart of the appropriate security group for
TS users. I can login as Administrator and watch his profile being created
under documents and settings but that's as far as it gets. I see within
task manager only 3 process's start and run for him, cmd.exe, rdpclip.exe,
and userinit.exe.

After I manually disconnect the user, his task manager processes go away and
his documents and settings folder disappears too.

I am at a loss why this user can not login. I have checked his AD
information which is the same as another user who can login just fine. I
have looked at GP but don't see anything there that would hinder this user.
I have the RSoP if anyone wants to see it.

Any ideas would be great.
