In some cars, what used to be "the radio" is actually morphed into a general-purpose interface for all sorts of things. The sales VP at $WORK has an Audi which is almost more computer than it is car. The same 5 inch LCD in the dash accesses music, navigation, cell phone, climate controls, seat positions, driving preferences, engine maintenance, etc., etc. Mark my words, the day isn't far off where we're going to have to reboot our cars.
