I dunno... I liked the OLD Doctors.. Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Jon Pertwee.
They were great.

I really enjoyed David Tennant (10th Doctor).  Hated to see him go.  Don’t
care as much for Matt Smith – he reminds me a bit of Caeser Romero in the
Batman TV series in the 60’s.

I had thought that the 7th Doctor Series had been produced with more
American sensibilities...I didn't care for Sylvestor McCoy...

Or "Coupling".
No one's tried to do Dr Who over here, have they?

See also: "Being Human" -- same title, same basic plot, totally different
show.

To me, it is the best show on TV. How "we" (american TV) were allowed to
produce something under the same name is beyond me, but there is just no
comparison.

I think it was on Top Gear that they showed when using the Nav in the Audi,
if you touch a climate control, the display switches from the Nav map to
Climate settings - whether you want it to or not.

In some cars, what used to be "the radio" is actually morphed into a
general-purpose interface for all sorts of things.  The sales VP at
$WORK has an Audi which is almost more computer than it is car.  The
same 5 inch LCD in the dash accesses music, navigation, cell phone,
climate controls, seat positions, driving preferences, engine
maintenance, etc., etc.  Mark my words, the day isn't far off where
we're going to have to reboot our cars.
