Home users forget their email login info all the time. They also have a
tendency to mis-type their email addresses. Someone just opened a new GMail
account and used one of my email accounts as the one to send reset
information to. While tempted to go in and reset their password I am just
holding the email until I have the energy to contact GMail and let them know
the reset information on that account is not good.
