Interesting - did you find a fix for it? An additional perms change somewhere?

We have an in-house app that works fine on Windows 2003 servers. Running it on
a 2008 R2 server it will work fine - after making some specific-to-app
permissions changes to the registry and some folders. After a while (usually
many days) my users will get a "permission denied' popup - like you'd see with
a .DLL that you don't have permissions to.

The workaround is if I log in as local admin and launch the app it will then
start working again for those users as well.

Anyone see this behavior before?
