I just ran into a similar issue with SQL Server Reporting Services. Running on a virtual server for demo purposes and after a few days I couldn't access content that I had developed under the install account. In my case, I had to run IE as admin and do a few SSRS specific tasks. Annoying, yes. Mostly because it worked initially and then stopped after about 48 hours from install. Murphy's law dictated that the previously working credentials stopped working halfway through a demo....
