Super, thanks Brian. I have emailed the user asking about the last time she upgraded the s/w on it. I am also looking into BES Express. Our's is a small, rural hospital so we don't supply users with phones (all the $ going to meet meaningful use) so we don't have a lot of BB's around. OTOH, I am curious to see when or if BB will use BES as a MDM.

A significant update was released Monday at BlackBerry World, adding features and I would guess fixing numerous bugs as well. I keep getting a "authentication failed" error. Searching the web, I came across one forum post that said Playbooks did have an issue on "N" networks. Is this true and, if so, is there a patch for it? I'm new to BB so my familiarity with it is slim.
