Double-check which archive folder Outlook is using. My *guess* is that it's
using a different "archive" folder than the user is expecting (i.e. user has
an "archive" folder showing in Outlook, but Outlook is probably archiving to
a different folder than the one showing.)

Subject: Auto Archive Loosing Email

Hi Guys,

I'm very confused and hope someone can help shed some light on the
situation.

I have a client who has AutoArchive turned on within Outlook 2007.
Connected to Exchange 2003.

Suposedly and I haven't seen this myself emails are autoarchiving and NOT
being put into his archive folders.

For example under: Inbox\Projects\Client X there are several emails that
have been auto archived.

Checking Archive Folders\Projects\Client X shows none of the missing emails.

Can anyone provide a suggestion or two?

Shawn
