Yikes. Well, that's one more item to include in your contract with your cloud provider--assurances that there is a contingency plan for this type of event. Although actually the SLA should cover pretty much all outages, regardless of the cause. It's up to the hosting companies to make sure they've thought of every possible cause for an outage, include FBI raid. I bet all cloud companies are, as we speak, hashing this out.
