They are scum, imho. For over 5 years they tried to collect from a former employer on a product I returned to PC Mall while I was there. We repeatedly sent them proof of delivery of the return. I told the account rep that if they called again we would never do business with them again. I was nice, but dead serious...get your bean counters to stop calling my bean counters.
It didn't stop. Last I heard it continued well beyond me leaving the company.
