Hi Ryan,

what kernel image are you using and what distribution do you install?
At what point exactly does the kernel panic?

The miboot.image file is for replacing the one in the "Linux Kernels" folder of a miboot.iso that has been copied to a hard drive partition.

I know I would benefit from this. I get a kernal panic at the end of
installation on a pb1400, but it may be that I am using the wrong image
or doing something else wrong. A new howto would allow me to track down
where I went off track. Also how to use the miboot.image file ( i know
how to use isos but not that format so I'm using the older isos)

Thanks! I had almost given up hope for my pb1400!

Now that Tobias has been providing kernels that really, really work, it
would be a good thing if someone provided and updated 'howto' for
installing Debian sarge.
