Yeah, but this is an issue in the case at hand. We convert the requested
pixels to a mip-mapped texture on disk which is expensive.
We omit re-conversion if the node hash is unchanged.
Now what you get then is a black texture on disk.

The worst thing is that we can't even detect this. I.e. Row::is_zero()
returns false on the channels we request, even though the data is all
black. This makes sense since the Iop we request() is anything but black
but the data we get back unfortunately is.

I can reproduce this now 100%. It happens when opening a script and
requesting data from any Iop for the 1st time. The 2nd time is always fine.

Anyone from Foundry care to comment?
