Actually I don't understand the difference between matrix_ and local_ in 
CameraOp and more generally in AxisOp.

with matrix() I can define the first one but I cannot set local_ in any way, 
and _local seems to be the good matrix to apply the transformation, so what is 
the utility of matrix_  ?

If I can transfer matrix_ into local_ without using set_field() it will make my 
day...!
