Thanks again RadVfx,
i plan to purchase\download a Nuke Scripting manual to get a head start on "scripting a card in 3D" and "passing vertex color values to internal shaders" until you've some time for any solutions.
1) But can you recommend a scripting manual that may cover these issues?
2) i assume thats scripting a planar object in 3D?

appreciate it all,
Jeff

Just saw your reply.

I have not done it, but it strikes me that scripting a card in 3D might be a good start, then pass the vertex color values to an internal shader.

Interesting problem, while I have time, I will look around for solutions.
