Glad that's proving of use! Personally, I would suggest using RedLogFilm to DPXs as your export format/gamma curve. This will, when brought into Nuke using the standard Cineon curve, come out as the same Linear as exporting straight from REDline as Linear.
However, when you export using the REDline command-line tool, it does the filtering after the gamma curve correction. So you may find that exporting to Linear gives you extra sharpening artefacts (as the resize filter will be applied in Linear) than exporting to RedLogFilm (as the resize filter will be applied in that Log space) That's what I've seen anyway - I've not looked too closely recently, though.
