Poissonmesh makes a detailed mesh but just need a way to selectivly pick out 
certain areas of the scene or picture. I dont think this can be done in the 
node. 

I could maybe roto out certain unneeded parts of the picture. Premult it and 
then pipe it through the detailed mesh and then poissonmesh node. Not an ideal 
solution but could work
