Hmmm I am not sure I have never checked to see if quicktime helper launches without quicktimes been used, but this is the first time we have used quictimes in comp and its when this problem started although we have just switched to 6.3 which could be the problem, I will send a report, where exactly do I send reports, I am not the person who usually deals with this?
