Is your image full frame? Or is it some element with an alpha on a black background with a rectangle dotted line around it? If it's the latter then you have a bbox (bounding box) that's smaller than your resolution. I had problems with bounding box and OFlow in the past. So maybe it's something relating to that. Reset the bounding box by adding a crop before the OFlow.
