I just did this on a shot, although nowhere near 6000 frames! Main problem is getting the resulting cameras from multiple tracks to line up in world space.

Trick is to get as much accurate info about the camera with an initial track. Once you have good values for this first camera you can use this as 'known' values in subsequent camera. Each camera should be zeroed out on its first frame so I simply added the values from the last frame of the initial track to the first frame of the next track so they line up. This seemed to work ok. A better way might be to create some overlap frames and write a little gizmo that averages out the camera positions with an animated mix between the two.

Did you try making a couple manual tracks on items in the shot where
it has issues? That typically helps the solver span between areas of
trouble.

Hi Everyone in nuke land,

Ok so I am making a music video where the shot is entirely one take, nukes
camera tracker is rather having a hissy fit tracking 6000frames+

My thinking is to break the shot into several parts and then combine them
together to create a single 3d scene combining the cameras into one take.

Whats the best method of doing this? keeping the ground plane and camera
orientation the same for all the cameras?

Thanks!
