You can link the animation of your two points onto track1 and track2
of a Tracker and grab the rotation from the Transform tab.

Otherwise: atan2(Transform2.translate.y - Transform1.translate.y,
Transform2.translate.x - Transform1.translate.x) * (180 / PI).

You can use a similar expression to make objects point along the path
they're moving on... see
