Yes, Sony uses a codec called SRPA-10 which I believe is the HDCAM-SR codec
used on tape.

Robert: the only way Nuke could read it is if quicktime can read it you can
do a little hack to force Nuke to load it through quicktime.  Unfortunately
Sony has only released the quicktime codec for OSX.  They only released an
AMA plugin for windows.
