None that I know of yet.  I'm sure though as new versions of software start
coming out we will see additional Deep Exr 2.0 support.  One nice thing you
can already benefit from is converting existing .dtex or .rat deep files to
exr 2.0.  I have seen Deep files go from 325 meg to 80meg.  They work
considerably faster because of their smaller size.  Pixar has also submited
a "dtexToExr" commandline tool if you don't want to take up a nuke license
to do this.
