We had it under 10.04 and are now on 12.04 but we use xubuntu... so xfce
as a desktop.
Gnome Classic (under 12.04) had some refreshing issues for us... (all
nvidia cards)
Unity is just not nice to work with designwise IMHO.
Wacoms was the biggest effort most of the time.
Nuke never made any problems.
