No, this is a bug, i've had exactly the same issues. It's not just Nuke, After 
Effects in 32 bit float mode will do it as well.

It happens across all versions of DNxHD and whilst obscure, has always been 
there.

It's some kind of interaction between QT Windows and 32 bit pipelines. I know 
that the foundry did reproduce it but then thought they'd found a combination 
with an older codec version that worked. It didn't for me. Also we swapped GFX 
cards too.

It's still there and i ended up transcoding TB of footage to ProRes 4444 to get 
around it (i did a lot of tests to ensure the image quality was kept)

Nuke will also not import high bit depth cineform files, either QT or AVI which 
is a major headache for me.

As wonderful as Nuke is, i see this as a major issue for them as they push out 
to AE users with their new crossgrade offers. They really need to get mezzaine 
codec support in there properly.
