Hello everyone -

Has anyone dealt with footage from the Sony F3? It's uncompressed 10bit RGB444
SLOG in dpx format.
(the recorder was a Gemini444)

My current workflow is as follows:

READ: colorspace slog

VIEWER: Gamma2.2

WRITE: colorspace slog

This is for a commercial, not a feature.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the slog curve currently in Nuke dates back to
the Sony F35, because the highlights
are being pushed quite high. This could be a problem, since the F3 captures at
least two more stops of exposure range.
Has anyone seen a slog curve that is camera specific to the F3L with the slog
RGB upgrade?

Perhaps someone can share their workflow experiences with footage from this
camera.

Thanks in advance

Feli
