I'm writing a script for this (cameras, nulls and cards). Unfortunately it
won't be done for a couple of days.

The other way I can think of is (if you got After Effects CC), is to send
the camera to Cinema 4D Lite (bundled) and from there export a camera. Not
sure if that works though. There are also After Effects to Maya exporter
scripts, so you might be able to go that route as well.
