Hi there! I already have sent a bug report about this (I experienced the same behaviour on OS X) to the support and it was added to this bug: Bug 25371 - Mac OSX/Windows - Excessive amount of NukeQuickTimeHelper-32 processes running Maybe you'd like to write to the support aswell, referencing the same bug number, so the priority might increase. Can you confirm that this is a new problem in Nuke8 or do you see this in Nuke7 as well? Abraham, I cannot confirm it at present, but I do not recall having the same issues with Nuke 7. This seems to have come about with the new QT handling in v8. I will write support as you suggest and reference your bug report. You are also correct that it seems that there are more QTHelper processes than QT movies (perhaps being left handing after movs are deleted from the script). sam marrocco | chief technical officer ringside.cutters.picnic.moonlink 248 548 2500 w 248 910 3344 c ringsidecreative.com <http://ringsidecreative.com/>
