Hello Julien, Deep reColour do not transfer all the colours sample but only the sample of the Alpha channel. In my case I found that there is not benefit of using RGBA deep opacity if you need to recolour. This is especially true if you are using AOV's extensively. I did not find any clever way to fix this unfortunately. Hoping this help.
