You need a reflection element and a refraction element. Use an environment light with some interesting texture that fits what should be reflected. Then use a specular shader on the geo. This setup, when rendered, will give you a reflection and you can use that as the main look of the glass. For the refraction you can ask the ScanlineRenderer to output normals, and you can use those, with an IDistort to distort the background. You can also use the matte of the geo to color correct the background. All of this should make a glass look in the end.
