Maybe not a super easy way, but right from the top of my head here's one way is to do it. Have a process start in a before render script, then on render finish start a second script that checks how long the process has been running, store the result in a variable and kill the process. To view the result, have python create or edit a text node and overlay the result on your rendered image.
There may be easier ways, I don't remember if the individual nodes in nuke stores the time it takes to process them. In that case you would just sum the upstream nodes.
