Thanks Gil for aligning the variable name's in code with what's used in the
CLA whitepaper, this really helps the learning curve when dealing with the
code for the first time.

Also simplifying and restructuring the huge class is great! I have a
suggestion: instead of separating the class according to usage - FiatSP and
VisionSP, would it be possible to abstract the "inhibition topology"
functionality to a separate class, which then could implement "global
inhib." and "2D inhib." like you mentioned, or even other implementations?
